The Internet, in the grand scheme of things, is a relatively new technology. To access the Internet, your equipment must be up to par with the current technology and set up correctly. Non-Standard Software Option
If you would like to use your existing Internet software, you can still register online
for Hawk Internet Services. You'll need to use a version of Netscape Navigator later than
2.0 or Internet Explorer later than 3.0 to register (if you have an earlier version, we
suggest that you download the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer at www.microsoft.com/windows/Ie/Download/default.asp.
At the end of our online registration process, you will be
given all the information you need to configure your browser and dialer. Please note,
however, that our customer support is limited to our "Supported Internet Software
list" only. This list includes: IE3.02 or greater and Netscape2.2 or greater.
