Multiple Services with Multiple Benefits
At Hawk, we recognize the benefit of value added services.  Offering so many quality services at competitive prices is one of the things we pride ourselves on.  With Hawk, you can have all your personal and commercial services, including wireless, paging, voicemailsecurity, Internetcar audio & security and more, all on one convenient bill. You also receive credits to your bill for each service you add, up to a maximum of four services.

With so many service providers to choose from, it can be difficult to find a service provider that is affordable without sacrificing the quality of service.  At Hawk, we have achieved just that.  Our reputation, customer service, quality products and quality services set us aside from our competition . With the multi-service discount, you have just  one more added service to the list of benefits from doing business with Hawk.

The Multi-Service Discount Program is an excellent way to add value to your dollar while adding quality to your customer service experience. This program offers convenience through consolidated billing, and a cost savings through discounts to our customers.

How the Multi-Service Discount Program Works
The program is actually quite simple and the results will be obvious when you receive your next bill.  The chart below shows how much your account is credited when you have more services with Hawk.

It's really that simple.  If you have a service that is not currently discounted and you add another qualifying service, you will receive the appropriate credit to your account.  You will see the credit on your next billing statement.

Multi-Service Discount Program Rules


Listed below are the rules regarding the Multi-Service Discount Program.   Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility for this program is at the sole discretion of Hawk.
  2. Participation in this Program is completely voluntary and is made at the Customer's sole discretion and risk.
  3. When a customer drops a service, they fall back one level and may lose the discount they had been receiving.
  4. All services must be invoiced on one bill.
  5. There is a maximum of 4 eligible services per account.
  6. Customer's account must be open and in good standing with no amounts past due.
  7. Customers can merge accounts belonging to the same person or to members of the same immediate family. Merged accounts will be eligible at the beginning of the billing cycle after consolidation. Free services will only be provided to the individual whose name appears on the bill.
  8. Only one service per category (e.g. cellular, paging, Internet, Security...) may be counted as an eligible service.
  9. This program cannot be combined with any discount program offered by Progressive Concepts, Inc. or by a related company.
  10. Hawk is not liable for errors or omissions by its employees in interpreting or carrying out the terms of the Program or for errors or omissions by its employees or agents in the printing of any material related to this Program.
  11. Any and all tax liabilities arising from this Program are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
  12. Hawk, including its agents and representatives, disclaim any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense, non-performance, accident, or injury incurred in the course of a Customer's use of any benefit received through this Program.
  13. Employees of Hawk are ineligible for this discount program.
  14. For a service to be eligible for the program it must be billed monthly at Hawk’s qualifying rate.*Qualifying prices subject to change.
  15. There is a maximum of 4 eligible services per account. Customer's account must be open and in good standing with no amounts past due.

What Services Qualify for The Multi-Service Discount Program
Hawk has always offered discounts and benefits to customers because we appreciate their business.  However, not all Hawk services will qualify for the Multi-Service Discount Program. If your service has already been discounted, it will not qualify for the Multi-Service Discount Program.  Listed below are the approved rates qualifying you for the Multi-Service Discount Program.  if you have any of these services at the specified rate, then you qualify for the discount. Eligible customers will receive discounts based on the number of qualifying services they sign up for.

  • The Criteria for receiving these discounts include:
  • Customers receive discounts based on the total number of qualifying services they sign up for.
  • Eligible services are those that are billed monthly at Hawk’s qualifying rate. Only one service per category is eligible. For instance, if a customer has two cellular phones and two pagers that are billed at the eligible rates, this customer still only has two services (one cellular and one pager).
  • Customer’s account must be open and in good standing with no amounts past due.
  • New and Current Accounts are eligible

  • What happens if I increase my number of services?
    When adding services, you will receive a new group of discounts to choose from.

  • How many services can I have and still get the Multi-Service Discount?
    Discounts are offered up to four qualifying services.
    If you elect to reduce your number of qualifying services, you will receive a new group of services to choose from, as long as you have a minimum of two qualifying services.

  • How will I know what discount I am receiving?
    Your invoice will show the type of discount and the discount amount you are receiving.

  • Is the Multi-Service Discount program available in the San Antonio market?
    No. San Antonio currently does not offer Internet service or security services. There are not enough programs available to qualify for a discount.

  • Who is eligible for the Multi-Service Discount Program?
    Any new or current customer who has two or more qualified services with Hawk.

  • What is the selection criteria?

    • Customers receive discounts based on the total number of qualifying services they sign up for.

    • Eligible services are those that are billed monthly at Hawk’s qualifying rate.

    • Only one service per category is eligible. For instance, if a customer has two cellular phones and two pagers that are billed at the eligible rates, this customer still only has two services (one cellular and one pager).

    • Customer’s account must be open and in good standing with no amounts past due.

 

How Do I Get Started with the Multi-Service Discount Program?

  1. To sign up, we must first determine if you are eligible. Eligibility is determined by the current rates you are receiving on your services.  Any service that is currently discounted will not qualify.

  2. Fill out the online Multi-Service Discount form below completely.  The form will be submitted for processing and a Hawk representative will contact you.

  3. If you have a service that is currently discounted, you may be able to receive a better rate by changing the service charge and then qualifying for the  MSD.  This is done because we cannot discount a discount.

    Example 1
    : Pager service currently at $5.95 would need to be raised to $7.95 in order to qualify for a service discount. Often, customers do not want to change their current rate in order to receive a different discount, even if the new discount is greater.  But in doing so, you will receive a higher overall discount.

    Example 3: Choice Home resident received a home security discounted rate of $16.95 per month when they purchased their home. This is an arranged discount between Choice Homes and Hawk. The resident would need to raise their home security to $18.95 per month in order to qualify for a service discount of $4.00.

  4. Fax completed and signed form to the Multi-Service Discount Program at 817-654-6828. This is documented on the back of the form for your convenience.

  5. Advise the customer that the account will show the discount within the next 30 days.
